I recently moved to an apartment that has a centralized dish for Dishnetwork. In order to use this dish (so you don't have to put a dish on your porch) I have to go through AT&T Home Entertainment. I have my own VIP 622 receiver from previously, but they say won't work with their equipment. I now have their VIP 622, but it has disabled the dual mode. So, I cannot have 2 TVs connected to watch the separate tuners. (one HD, the other SD). I've tried to use the mode button to put it back to dual mode. But apparantly the button is disabled. Does anyone know how I can enable the dual mode button?

p.s. AT&T's technical help staff are idiots. They could not even tell me how to simply change the address of the remote control. He had to read the manual to me, which I could have done that.
