Finally got a solution...Cant beat it
Make your Hard drive to FAT 32 as shown here and thats it.

On that page go to FAT 32 Formatter Tab ..it will reveal al the mystery.
So simple maximu 2 mns job...And XBOX 360 can recognise your hard drive.
Full 500 GB,...
