the interesting thing about the Oregon and Indiana schedules that JPL linked above is that the Starz and Showtime HD channels are grouped with HDNet (i.e. free) and not in the "Premium" movie package. I figured Starz and Showtime were extra packages...guess not!
Another wierd thing is that when you scroll down on the main channel lineup page - not the zip code specific page, but national - it seems like "HD Experience" is an entirely new package and is separate from the "Fios Premier" package. I just signed a 2-year bundle contract for the Premier package and really hope they don't roll out a ton of new HD channels that are exclusive to some new package...
