I did it. I went and got 1500 player. It does good picture on Blu-Ray. But it seems to lag on upscaling department. I had a same reaction to Sony S300 when I had it briefly last year. Could it be because I have Sony Rear Projection 720p televison? Would it upscale better if I had 1080p TV?
