For DVI-d you should set DIGITAL PC. Your graphics card should be set to the native res of the panel, probably 1280 x 720, and MUST have a locked refresh of 60 Hz, NOT optimal. You'll need to setup your 'DualView' for an HDTV, not a standard TV which assumes 480i over SVideo.
