I would try to move left and right btween games, movies, music etc and it would skip all the way to the end. the only thing i can think of is if the flasher is too strong. i will try moving it away and see what happens. I will also check to see if i can increase the delay between button activations for the remote. ill let you know if any of this works.

When I have time after 4/15/08 I was thinking about playing with the Harmony delay myself. I just have no time until then. I appreciate anything you come up with to solve this problem though.
