hdmi to dvi-i cable
Hi i am new to this but it seems i have the opposite problem then everybody else. I have a hi def tv with a dvi-i dual link input connection. My set top box has hdmi. The only cable i could find on internet is hdmi to dvi-d which is supposed to work. if i hook up direct from set top to tv i get no picture. if i hook up to my receiver i get sound but no picture. I think my problem is with the set top box output but not sure do you need a dvi-i cable to hdmi cable or can you use a dvi-d cable . Any help appreciated. I am starting to get a headache
