Oh and BTW, when it comes to value for money, the 37" Panasonic is better than the Sharp LCD. BUT you get what you pay for... not as high resolution (only ED compared to TRUE HD), the possibility of burn in etc. I don't live in the US, but when it comes to pricing, $4500 is not lowest price on the Sharp.
This site lists prices at different retailers in the US, with some selling the Sharp 37" at under US$3000... $1500 less than what you stated.
