Not sure why that would be an issue,
Maybe because tehy dont want to get the blame for customers going out and buying an UNNECESSARY $150 Monster HDMI cable.

Several people at Dtv told me the only reciver they ship out now is the H10. Thats why they gave me the go-ahead to buy another brand elsewhere and they reimbursed me the total I paid.
