I have experienced the same problems with the H10 receiver: screen going black momentarily every 5 minutes or so, receiver resetting itself if a phone call comes through with number block, etc.. I also had a problem with momentary "herringbone" picture breakup on the right side of the screen when watching an HD channel, which occurred about once every 10 minutes... DTV sent me a replacement receiver, which has been installed for 2 days. I am still experiencing the screen going black problem, but it is not happening as often. It happened twice during an hour of viewing an SD channel yesterday afternoon, and only once during a 2+ hour timespan when I was watching a film on HDNet Movies last night. So there has been improvement, but it's not perfect yet. Replacement receiver was another H10-200 (Samsung), same as the original. The only difference between the two was that the first one was manufactured in Korea and the replacement was made in Indonesia! I am going to call the DTV HD Tech Support again and see if I can get another replacement. Maybe this time I will get a different brand....!
