List seem good the only thing I'm surprised that they did not mention is Elton Joh 60 Live @ MSG. That disk was great one of the greatest concerts ever. I got to see him last month in Ft Myers FL and it was well worth the money. Even though they didn't have any extra features it should have been an honorable mention anyways.
