The URC MX3000 doesn't brouse the internet...you get remote codes from the internet. URC's website only, and only to update codes for new products. It can operate any remote controlled product (if PC is remote controlled, then it can operate PC).
I don't know much about the NEVO, but it looks pretty cool.
The Philips Pronto device never really sold well due to its lack of performance...you can look at other sites, and see what others say about it.
Any product, such as a remote that is asked to do too much especially the first in the market is going to have issues! Or going to cost an arm and a leg!
