As polite as they might have been, they did NOT do their job and failed to address a customer problem. Only shows what they think of the customer and the poor standard of customer service . . . "pass the buck, not the service!!!"
Also goes to show the importance of careful, well thought out troubleshooting.
Anyway, glad to hear that you finally resolved your problem.
