Installers often have no clue...
My experience over the years with D* installers is that they all have VERY different levels of knowledge. Some are true experts, while others know less than I do.
IF those 74 channels are "live" then we'd be seeing fireworks in this and other forums....
BUT... it is strange that he came up with such a specific number.. perhaps he meant the HD channels can be seen with a special card.. I've heard it referred to as "engineering mode" testing...
