I don't know how BluRay supporters can agree with what Sony just said. Had it not been for HD DVD and Toshiba/Microsoft the BD players would STILL be $1000+. . . it is what Sony wants.
Tosh wants it too, but I'm sure they see more money in having HD DVD become the standard as opposed to making a few quick bucks off of hardware.
Long live HD DVD, long live low priced players!
