now when this war started i was a true sony fan planning on gettin a blu ray player i realy was but what held me back was the price and the pq. now hd dvd i had no plans to invest in the format because of the prices and pq also until i started researching more. meaning i compared pq and aq every time i went to either bb.cc, or even tweeter,now my thing is these so call sale reps know the deal. when hd dvd first launched last year me and my wife were at bb they had it hooked up to a westinghouse 42 inch lcd tv they were playing batman begins anyone remeber? that the picture was so great on a low end tv i was like in denial and my exact words were my upconverter looks better than that i was realy tryin to bullshit my selve.but a couple of weeks later blu ray was launched and once again me and the wifey went to bb to check it out they had a blu ray promo video playin and my wife told me that day ill never forget it. she said the player thats playin batman begins looks better than blu ray, and she was right so i made my mind up she was right my plan was to get a hd dvd player first then get a blu ray player but i was still going to wait.so this summer of may 2007 i took my first and only step and invested my money in the hd a2. now my plans were to invest in blu ray before fall but paramount made that move and i think something is up.i'll see what happens this holiday season before i make any more moves
