I just don't see what HD DVD has to counter with against the PS3.

How about 500,000 A3's sold between 11/24 and 12/31 this year at $199 MSRP (street $179 to $149) - How about a street price of $99 for the 360 AO?
Think that will make a difference? We already know the PS3 is no longer adding to BD's sales ratio. 600,000 more PS3's in August versus January yet ratio never changes from 2 to 1
If you believe that article - only 20% of PS3 owners use the PS3 as a BD player. That means that will have to SELL 2.5 million PS3's in those same 5 weeks to match the A3. Market is becoming saturated for PS3 buyers. Last Xmas they sold 1.3 million? Is that right? So this Xmas they are going to sell twice as much? At what price for the PS3 will this happen?
