Excl. Backer Univeral is the largest movie producing studio in the WORLD.
The movie 300 wins hands down on HD DVD. The exclusive HD DVD features alone in that movie speak for themselves. Warner is still selling 300, so the war is not over just yet with that movie.
I believe HD DVD will be the final victor in this long battle. Exclusive HD DVD supporter Universal Pictures/Studios is the largest movie studio in the world. The only way HD DVD goes down is if they decide for some reason not to support HD DVD anymore, and that will probably never happen anytime soon.
This Christmas Holiday Season coming soon will most likely be the deciding factor for both HD DVD & Blu-Ray.
IMO, after the Chrismas Holidays, some exclusive studio backers of Blu-Ray may want to dip into the HD DVD market providing HD DVD excels big time. It really is anybodys game at this point in time.
