Yes. The sooner the better. Then we can all put the format war behind us. 
Once the wheels of dual format players start turning fast enough then it's all over for any hope of a win by either side. I think by Xmas 2008 they will be under $500 and will make the standalones start to appear obsolete by comparison. So it's important to get those wheels a turning ASAP. (of course, unless one still has good hope of a win by either side, but I don't anymore)
