I think if doing that, the OP would choose HD DVD since I believe More Clint Eastwood movies will becoming out on HD DVD from what I remember.

Clint is my favorite actor and I am very happy that he didn't take the advice of the director on his first screen test who said he would never make it as an actor because of his squinting eyes.

And Borromini is correct that the limitation is only with the LG model and LG has another full featured DF player in the works right now. The Samsung 1G DF player will be full featured. I just hope they use the Silicon Optix REON chip in it and not some lower end one for the at best "fair" upscaling they are infamous for with their SD upscalers.
