the system itself hasnt had no production problems at all only the initial one which had to cut Europe out of the launch date.. other then that its been smooth sailing with lots of PS3 coming out of the warehouse(alittle too many i might say lol).. but its the lack and the "delays, delays..and more delays" of the software titles itself thats causing the big hit..
