Smile buying online

I have gotten alot of things (some major, some minor) online and overall I've had pretty good experences.
Crutchfield used to be my major squeeze but after 9-11 they changed their policy and would'nt accept Canadian credit cards shipping to U.S. addresses or UPS drops anymore, I called and tried to get them to rethink this policy and they did but the whole process for ordering was now very different and I only had one frist born to give them. They were great to deal with though.
Made one major purchase (over 4 grand, can.) with Sounddistributors.com, had the goods stolen while they were in the trucking Co's. possession, in Spokane, Wa. and Eric, the contact guy/owner of souddistributors, helped get that one fixed and new goods on the way in about a week.
Made another fairly major purchase from soundpros.com(2 grand, can.) unit died after about 8 months, they told me to send it to them, they called about 5 days later and told me they would send me a brand new one which they did, only cost for this was time, no money.
Like I said, all my major purchases have be pretty good experences, I've had some small problems with online stuff but overall I feel good about them. As with any purchase, online or not, I think you have to communicate with the company, get a feel for them and when you feel satisfied with that, you go for it.
I'am sure that most of us have had some bad ones in our own town.
