For 360 owners, If I want to play a friend in nba2k7 or other game online, would I need to be an XBL subscriber? I guess I would have the same question for downloading demos, trailers,etc.

I hate to bring up the DVD aspect, but How in the world can a three disc set that many people already own on SDDVD outsell a single disc making its debut?
