Bought my KDF55XS955 from VANN'S in Montana. They are a Sony authorized dealer. They offered the unit with free shipping (obviously folded into the price) and with a Sony DVD recorder as a package deal.

The items arrived within 4 days, the TV was operable but had been subjected to a "shock" by the shipping company and actually had a crack in the plastic near the left speaker mount.

I shipped the TV back, they shipped another concurrently, the replacement TV arrived in perfect order.

Vann's is very easy to work with on the phone, Jennifer went above and beyond the call to make the situation right, and I will be doing business with them in the future and recommend Vann's to others.
