We got our 52 inch Sony HDTV from Inoax.com, they are located in New York, we're in AZ. We figured it was going to take forever to get here. We ordered, there were problems with the creidt card, apparently when we got our tax refund check and went hog wild buying everything we could get our mitts on they allowed it but when a purchase for a $1700 TV went thru Bank of America stopped the card, go figure. Once that was done it took a day to process the order, and it shipped the following day. Side note here, the initial issue happened over the weekend so it took a little longer to get everything done with the time difference and what not. We got a call like two days later from a company in Vegas wanting to know when we were picking it up?! WHAT THE HELL?! A few minutes on hold and it was all cleared up, apparently the person calling was new and got us confused with someone else, no biggie. They were to be at my house the next day between 1 and 5. The delivery guy was there at 1:05, he helped me push it into the living room, and that was it, I took it from there. If you look in EBIZ or EBIZRATE what ever that site is Inoax.com has some horrible feedback but I had no problems. The sales guy did try to sell me cables and stuff like that when I called to confirm but I expected it, others make a huge deal about it. All in all it was a very smooth transaction. A++
