Suggestion

keep playing the game with directv, talk calmly with the right people, and be patient. Get the waivers in your hand for all the networks and signup.

if you are successful, do not cancel the networks moving forward because it will be very difficult to get them back.

try this...call customer retention. tell them you want to switch from dish. you will give them the 2 year committment for total choice premium or whatever but you want the networks in hd and tell them to get the approvals.

call now before you get the 2nd shift!
