It appears that you have some hills to cope with where you are,and I suggest a deep-fringe all-channel antenna with a high-input preamplifier. Since I know that you have at least one VHF digital station to contend with, I suggest that you look at an all-channel antenna like a Channel Master Crossfire 3671, or a Winegard HD-8200 or a Wade-Delhi VU-936SR with the optional VU-8PZ powerzoom UHF attachment. You'll need a rotator, and the Channel Master 9521a is an easy choice, since it uses a remote control and has easy channel presets. As for a preamplifier, look at the Winegard HDP-269, which has high overload characteristics, which will help you avoid overload from WSPA, which is very strong in your area. Good Luck
