zip is 97355. Fairly flat terrain to the north except for some hills and trees. Directly to my south, I mean about 300', is a 400' hill. Currently have a RS vu-190xr that was damaged, bent in a windstorm. No amp, am about 20' off ground, no rotator. Can get most Portland stations, have never tried the Eugene ones because of the hill. Wanting to upgrade, what are my best choices for the money-would I be able to get the Eugene stations? Thanks
