Dish Network is comparable to Directv and I left off the local and network channels. The cable offerings include the networks in HD and the satellite service require an OTA antenna. Voom furnishes the OTA antenna and their receiver integrates the OTA stations. Directv and Dish receivers vary and it may be required to get a separate STB for the OTA channels. Time Warner is comprable to the other cable offerings and I could not find channel information for Bright House.
All of the channels in red are included in the base package for Voom. Only Voom provides any HDTV service without additional charge. All others require an extra cost upgrade with the various providers. I think from the table above that Voom is the clear winner.
