Your lamp is more than likely gone. Its easy to remove to check. Just
unplug everything, then take out the 4 phillips screws, and remove
the back panel which goes to the lamp, then remove one more small
screw which holds the lamp in place. Reach in and pull out the lamp
as it is on a slide tray. Be careful not to disrupt wires. If the lamp is
gone it will more than likely be broken inside.
