Buggy, their previous HD boxes had built in ATSC tuners that worked.
You mean DTV charges EXTRA for HD locals???!!!!!! DISH, you pay the $5 and that is it. You get both HD(if available and proper equip) and SD locals. If DISH does not have HD locals in your area then you can erect an antenna and get them.
