Well, if all you want is Digital channel 13, try a Winegard 10 element high-band yagi and a preamp: it won't get you UHF, bu it should get you channel 13 without a problem: you live well within the signal contour for WSYX-DT

You could add a 4228 to the yagi if you need any of the UHF digital stations from Columbus: it WILL work! If you do, use a Channel Master Titan 7777 preamp, which has separate UHF and VHF inputs, which will uncomplicate the installation.
