I recently purchased an Oppo upconverting DVD player for my Sony 36XS955 CRT (1080i). After trying a few movies, the one that impressed me the most, in terms of video, was "The Fifth Element", whereas "Aliens" did not seem to improve much in video quality.

Are there any suggestions for movies that play well on an upconverted DVD player? Either by title or specific format, or mastering technology?
