The only real reason to go with Channel Master Titan 7777 over the Winegard AP-8275 is that the Channel Master has separate UHF and VHF inputs, which are useful when using separate antennas. Since you chose to go with an all-channel antenna, you can use the two preamplifiers interchangably.
