Is anyone here subscribes to Charter Commication cable in Long Beach, Califorina? If so, I would like to ask for your help to find out if your Charter cable KCET's pbs HD channel 786 is getting KCET's SD broadcasting instead. I tried to convince the tech support people over at Charter Commincation, but they don't have a clue the difference between High Definition and Standard Definition channels. To make sure, I checked another HDTV using Charter cable and found the same problem. To be sure that the problem is not from the broadcasting station itself I checked with a HDTV which receives KCET's HD channel over the air and it doesn't have the problem as with the cable. If you do notice a difference, could you give them a call so they don't think that I'm crazy. Thanks.
